# Welcome to the Mango Farmers Club The first community token project on Polygon zkEVM > After a hard day's work, sometimes you just want to relax, breathe, and farm some good ol' mangos. > > — anon lifestyle guru ## Overview The Mango Farmers Club (MFC) is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) dedicated to promoting the adoption of Central Limit Order Book (CLOB) infrastructure on the Polygon zkEVM ecosystem. To distribute its tokens, MFC will conduct an [airdrop](/fundementals/initial-airdrop) and hold a [public registration event](/fundementals/mfc-public-registration-done), with no allocation reserved for the team. The funds raised from the registration event will be sent to the Mango Treasury, which will distribute 0.1% of its USDC balance as daily dividends to MANGO farmers(stakers). MFC will also receive trading fees from several major spot markets on the Clober DEX, including **MANGO-USDC**, **WETH-USDC**, and **MATIC-USDC**. The [Mango Treasury](/fundementals/mango-treasury) will be the market host and collect **80% of the trading fees**. As the trading volume of these markets grows with the expanding Polygon zkEVM ecosystem, the staking rewards for MANGO token holders will also increase.

The initial airdrop of MANGO tokens will be distributed to holders of [PolyMango NFTs](https://opensea.io/collection/polymango), which were initially given out to users who completed the Clober Polygon zkEVM [testnet guide](https://twitter.com/CloberDEX/status/1629559840329859073). However, even those who didn't complete the testnet guide are eligible for the airdrop if they purchased the PolyMango NFTs from secondary markets. It's important to note that the total supply of PolyMango NFTs is limited to 16,384. The size of the airdrop will depend on the number of PolyMango NFTs held by each user. For each PolyMango NFT held, the user will receive 30517.578125 MANGO tokens. A snapshot of PolyMango NFT holders will be taken on the last day of the MFC Public Registration event (April 24th, 2023). The specific block number for the snapshot will be announced after it has been taken. Once the snapshot has been taken, users can claim their airdropped tokens shortly after on the Mango Farms Club [website](https://www.mangofarmers.club/). # MFC Public Registration (Done) Mango Farmers Club public registration

All holders of MANGO tokens automatically become members of the Mango Farmers Club. However, those who missed the [MANGO airdrop event](/fundementals/initial-airdrop) or wish to accumulate more MANGO tokens can join the club by participating in the MFC Public Registration event. The MFC Public Registration event allows users to purchase MANGO tokens at a price of 0.000089 USDC per MANGO token. The total allocation for this event is 4,500,000,000 MANGO tokens, with a hardcap of 400,000 USDC. The limit per wallet is 1000 USDC. * Allocation: 4,500,000,000 MANGO * Hardcap: 400,000 USDC * Price per Mango: 0.000089 USDC * Limit per Wallet: 1000 USDC * April 17th, 2023 at 14:00 GMT \~ April 24th, 2023 at 14:00 GMT **It's worth noting that 100% of the funds collected from the registration event will be sent to the Mango Treasury.** If the hardcap is exceeded, users will receive tokens proportionate to their investment, and any remaining funds will be refunded. For example, if 800,000 USDC is raised, users who invested 1,000 USDC will receive 562500 MANGO tokens(instead of 11250000) and a refund of 500 USDC. However, if the hardcap is not met, any remaining MANGO tokens will be burned. Overall, the MFC Public Registration event is an excellent opportunity for users to join the Mango Farmers Club and accumulate MANGO tokens. The remaining MANGO tokens not sold were [burned](https://zkevm.polygonscan.com/tx/0x8743b920ae3da36fc219773912d305e6d187b68c799df654d855f2c228485793), reducing the total supply of MANGO by around 35%. # Planting (Staking) > Farming is not just a hobby... *It's a way of life.* ## Planting (Staking) > tl;dr: MANGO token stakers receive 0.1% of the treasury balance every day The Mango Markets treasury is funded through various sources, including the registration event, 80% of the trading fees from spot markets, and proceeds from bond sales. The treasury distributes daily rewards to MANGO token stakers, with 0.1% of the treasury's current balance. This means that as a MANGO token stakers, you have the opportunity to earn daily rewards based on the balance of the Mango Markets treasury. ## How often can I claim my rewards? You can claim your rewards at any time, and there is no restriction on the frequency of claims per day. However, it's important to keep in mind the gas fees you will incur each time you claim your rewards. Paying attention to these fees can help you avoid unnecessary costs associated with claiming your rewards. ## What happens if I forget to claim my rewards for today? You don't need to worry about claiming your rewards daily. As long as you keep your MANGO tokens staked, they will continue to accumulate rewards, even if you don't claim them every day. You can wait until the gas fees are lower or until you have accumulated a significant amount before claiming your rewards to make it more worthwhile. This way, you can avoid paying unnecessary fees and optimize your rewards. ## How does unplanting(unstaking) work? You have the flexibility to unstake your funds at any time without incurring any penalty. This process can be done instantly, providing you with immediate access to your MANGO tokens. ## How are rewards calculated for MANGO stakers? Rewards for staking MANGO tokens will be triggered whenever there is a change in the Mango Treasury balance or the balance of staked tokens. This reward system is designed to incentivize users to hold and stake their MANGO tokens. For example, let's say the percent per block is set at 0.0001%, and the number of blocks since the last reward application is 100. If the total value of the Mango Treasury is $100,000, then the reward amount would be $100 ($100,000 x (0.0001% x 100)). This $100 reward would then be distributed among all stakers according to their amount of staked MANGO tokens in relation to the total supply of staked MANGO tokens. (Percent per block will be set to equal roughly 0.1% per day)

In summary, the reward amount is based on the percentage per block and the number of blocks since the last reward application, and the reward is distributed among all stakers based on their amount of staked MANGO tokens. # Bonds For 400 days, a fixed amount of 10,000,000 MANGO tokens are added daily to the bond pool, which becomes available for purchase. Through bond purchases, users can buy MANGO tokens at a discounted price as a limit ask order selling MANGO for USDC. The MANGO tokens being sold in the limit order are issued by the Mango Treasury. The USDC received from the bond purchase is returned to the Mango Treasury and distributed to MANGO token holders as dividends. Users can select a bonus between 5% and 15% when purchasing bonds. Depending on the bonus selected, the limit order will be set 5-15 ticks above the lowest open order placed through bond buying. If a user cancels their limit order, they will receive the USDC proceeds of what has been already filled, but the remaining MANGO tokens will be returned after a 20% fee, which will burn MANGO tokens. Alternatively, they can wait until their order is filled to receive the USDC proceeds without any fee. #### Example Suppose a user wants to purchase MANGO tokens at a discounted price by buying bonds from the bond pool. The user decides to invest 100 USDC and chooses a bonus of 7%. The 100 USDC used to purchase the bond is sent to the Mango Treasury, and the user is given a limit order selling MANGO tokens. As per the current market price, a market bid order for 100 USDC can buy 100 MANGO tokens. Since the user invested 100 USDC, they are entitled to 107 MANGO tokens (7% bonus included) in the form of a limit ask order selling MANGO tokens for USDC. The limit ask order is set 7 ticks above the lowest open order placed through bond buying, which means if the lowest open order at that time is 1 USDC per MANGO token, the user's limit order will be set at 1.07 USDC per MANGO token. If someone buys all the user's MANGO tokens at the set price of 1.07 USDC per MANGO token, the user will receive 114.49 USDC from the sale, up nearly 14.5% from their initial investment. If the user cancels their limit order before it's filled, they will receive the USDC proceeds (if the order was partially filled), but the remaining MANGO tokens not yet filled will be returned with a 20% fee that will burn MANGO tokens. It's worth noting that the user won’t own any MANGO tokens if they wait for their order to be filled since they will only receive the USDC proceeds from selling the MANGO tokens. The limit ask order selling MANGO tokens essentially sells more than what could have been bought with 100 USDC. # Mangonomics Tokenomics for MANGO

It's important to note that if these bonds are not purchased, the circulating supply of MANGO tokens will remain unchanged. This means that the issuance of new tokens is entirely dependent on the demand for bonds in the market. 3,506,057,831.62125 MANGO tokens were [burned](https://zkevm.polygonscan.com/tx/0x8743b920ae3da36fc219773912d305e6d187b68c799df654d855f2c228485793) from the public registration supply. 500,000,000 MANGO tokens were bridged to Polygon PoS and Arbitrum for market making purposes. The proceeds from market making will be sent back to the MANGO treasury after it is no longer required for the markets to function. # Bridge MANGO tokens can be bridged between Polygon zkEVM, Polygon PoS, and Arbitrum using [multichain](https://app.multichain.org/#/router).

# Mango Treasury

## Income During the MFC Public Registration event, the proceeds will be deposited directly into the Mango Treasury. The Mango Treasury will act as the market host for multiple spot markets on Clober DEX, including MANGO-USDC, WETH-USDC, and MATIC-USDC. The Mango Treasury will receive 80% of the trading fees generated from these markets, providing a source of revenue for the treasury. The Mango Treasury will also issue bonds, with the proceeds added to the treasury's USDC balance. ## Expenditures As a MANGO token staker, you can earn daily dividends from the Mango Treasury. Specifically, the treasury will pay out 0.1% of its USDC balance each day as dividends, which translates to roughly 30% of the USDC balance annually. If the market cap of staked MANGO tokens and the treasury's balance is equal, staking MANGO tokens could yield a 30% APR return. Upon completion of the MANGO smart contracts, a bug bounty program will be implemented to verify their integrity and prevent potential security breaches.
